Limits of the data
- Information may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or sourced from third parties and public agencies.
- Search precision differs across exact addresses, accommodations, neighborhoods, cities, ZIP codes, and landmarks.
- Safety-related chapters appear only when corresponding sources are available for the searched place. Absence of a chapter is not a claim that a risk does not exist.
- Historical or jurisdiction-level records are not the same as live incident feeds for a specific property.
Registered-offender information
A Brief may include registered-offender or public-registry information when that information is available for the searched location. SAFTAY does not independently classify a person or determine that someone is dangerous.
Registry locations shown in a Brief are based on addresses or locations reported by the underlying registry or data source. They are not live locations and should not be interpreted as showing where a person is at any particular moment. Registry information may be incomplete, delayed, outdated, inaccurate, or unavailable.
A missing registered-offender section or no qualifying result does not establish that no registered offenders are present in or near the area. When you need the most current authoritative registry information, consult the applicable official registry for that place.
Your judgment
